Company Description
Education Mondiale, based in Morocco, specializes in recruiting Moroccan students to study abroad, assisting them in making informed educational choices. In 2019, the company expanded its services to include a German language institute, offering standard German courses and test preparation. In September 2021, Education Mondiale further broadened its focus by launching its first ESL Institute for all age groups.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Manager located in the Tetouan Metropolitan Area. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with students and parents, organizing community events, managing social media platforms, and creating content to promote Education Mondiale's services. The Community Manager will also be responsible for handling inquiries, providing support to students during their application process, and maintaining relationships with educational institutions abroad.
Qualifications
Community engagement, relationship-building, and communication skills
Social media management, content creation, and digital marketing skills
Event planning and organizational skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in the education sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Education, or related field
