Your Main Tasks:
Make outbound calls to clients in a friendly, professional manner
Respond to inquiries by phone and email with clarity and a positive attitude
Keep call records organized and support our focus on excellent customer service
Handle basic tasks in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
What You Bring:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)—essential
Experience in call centers, sales, or customer service (a strong plus)
Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
Reliable team player who enjoys new challenges
